It requires a balancing act; the ability to shape and lead engagements with expertise in both genuine business change and also the systems solution underpinning any major project; a strong background in both delivery and sales of management consulting projects; and the ability to marry a blue-chip ‘high level’ career education with a growth-stage firm mentality.
Consulting experience across one or more of the following industry sectors is also required: Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Engineering, Private Equity, Energy, Travel & Leisure, Infrastructure & Transport.
